Coffee Collective is a specialty coffee micro roastery with eight coffee shops and a bakery in Copenhagen and a webshop for our international community. We explore and unfold exceptional coffee experiences, in a manner that gives better living conditions to coffee farmers across the globe. In our coffee shops, we aim to set new standards for coffee brewing and serving and to keep exploring potenti

als in coffee all the way from seed to cup. We supply a growing number of wholesale partners ranging from independent coffee shops to Michelin-star restaurants with fresh roasted, seasonal and transparently traded coffee.

This summer’s subscription features two coffees: Bombona from Huila, Colombia, and Inka Rumi from the Incahuasi Valley in Cusco, Peru.

A month ago, the people behind Inka Rumi visited our new shop at Trianglen for a cupping. During the visit we learned that the cooperative stores its coffee at 3,000 metres, where the dry, stable climate keeps conditions well controlled, contributing to the transparency in the cup.

Four incredible days in Brussels at World of Coffee - where the global coffee community comes together in one place.

It’s easy to forget that behind every cup of coffee is an extraordinary number of people. Years - often generations - of knowledge, craftsmanship and relationships all come together in something many of us drink in just a few minutes.

That’s what makes World of Coffee so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, shared a coffee with us, asked questions, caught up, or simply introduced yourselves.

Thank you to Wide Awake Coffee for opening their doors, and allowing us to present our coffees in their shop.

We leave Brussels inspired, grateful to be part of this incredible community, and more convinced than ever that great coffee is built on great relationships.

What a day!

We feel so gratefully to be hosted by our friends Wide Awake Coffee, and so humbled to have the opportunity to share such exceptional coffees with people from all over the world.

New coffee from Familia Ccapa launching today.

Grown on a remote farm in the Peruvian Andes, home to rich volcanic soils. Coffee cultivation thrives on the Ccapa family’s farm, which has been managed by three generations of the family.

It is a meticulously washed Typica, offering an elegant and smooth cup with notes of milk chocolate, marzipan and blueberries.

Join co-founder Klaus Thomsen, head of sales Adam Ajaka and the rest of our team for World of Coffee at Roasters Village East, booth RV106, where we will be brewing all day, serving a selection of coffees we have brought specially for World of Coffee, which are not normally on our menu.

Throughout the week, we will also be brewing with friends and partners, celebrating coffee and the community around it.

New organic coffee from the Peruvian Andes, launching today online exclusive.⁠

Francisco Alarcón has farmed coffee at Finca Peña de León since childhood, continuing a family tradition rooted in the mountains of northern Peru.⁠
⁠
The farm sits on the western cordillera of the Andes at around 1,900 metres, a region known for producing sweet, bright coffees. Farmed organically, selectively hand-picked and slow-dried in solar dryers after extended fermentation. ⁠

Expect a floral and complex cup with notes of bergamot, peach and honey.⁠

Vivika is running our and has created a refreshing rhubarb pastry alongside our signature buns with cheese. Our pastries are made with locally sourced flour, butter, and seasonal fruit.
