This video is not about revenge.

It is about a lesson that many entrepreneurs, distributors, and business owners eventually learn.

For more than five years, Kühne Kaffee GmbH invested significant time, resources, expertise, and financial commitment into developing a market, supporting customers, training distributors, sponsoring industry events, and helping build trust in a technology across Europe.

Unfortunately, not every business relationship is built on the same values. When trust, transparency, and mutual respect are no longer present, continuing the relationship becomes impossible.

While we are deeply disappointed by the conduct that led to the end of our cooperation, we do not regret the work we invested. We are proud of what we built, proud of the customers we supported, and proud of the coffee community we helped grow.

Most importantly, we want to make one thing absolutely clear:

To every customer who purchased equipment through Kühne Kaffee, to every roaster we trained, and to every business that placed its trust in us — we remain here for you.

We will continue to provide technical support, training, spare parts, maintenance services, and assistance wherever possible.

Our commitment has always been to our customers, not to corporate politics.

Kühne Kaffee GmbH was the first company to introduce the industrial fully-electric S9X coffee roaster to the European market.

As technicians trained and certified by the manufacturer, and with extensive hands-on operational experience with these machines across Europe, we continue to support the growing community of S-series roaster users.

Although Kühne Kaffee GmbH has not represented Stronghold as an official distributor since mid-2025, we continue to provide independent technical support and spare parts services for customers operating these machines.

We offer after-sales technical assistance and spare parts supply across Europe, particularly in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Our available components include, among others:

• Halogen heating elements
• Filters and ventilation components
• Sensors and electronic parts
• Additional critical spare parts
