We are deeply honoured to take even a small part in something so meaningful.

New Age Defence is more than an event - it is a moment in history. A moment where responsibility, innovation, and unity come together for the future of Ukraine and Europe.

For us being present there, contributing in our own way - felt incredibly important. Because our mission has always been bigger than food. It’s about people, support, and standing together when it matters most.

We want to sincerely thank the organizers for their trust.

🎄✨ Our Christmas Miracle (a little late — but from the heart) ✨🎄

Some miracles don’t happen on time.
They happen when they are truly needed ❤️
This Christmas season, KücheUA managed to prepare and send 80 Christmas gifts for children in Ukraine — for families from the Zaporizhzhia region who were forcibly displaced from their homes.
Along with the gifts, we also covered essential hygiene needs, because care is not only about celebration — it’s about dignity, warmth, and support in everyday life.
Seeing children smile, even in the most difficult circumstances, reminds us why we do what we do. Creating small moments of joy can make dark times a little brighter — and that means everything to us.

For supporting these families, for her trust, and for being the bridge that connected us.
And thank you to everyone who visited us at every event we took part in — every plate, every donation, every kind word helped make this miracle possible.

Better late than never — December with KücheUA 🤍
December flew by, and only now do we finally catch our breath to look back. It was intense, emotional, challenging — and incredibly rewarding.
In December 2025, KücheUA held 4 events: ✨ SKRYNYA Copenhagen (which we already shared with you)
✨ Private catering
✨ .pop.up
✨ WeihnachtsFest .berlin
The last two events happened on the same dates, in different locations — and yes, it was a real challenge. But thanks to our team, partners, and pure love for what we do, everything worked out beautifully in both cities.
We met so many new faces, hugged our old friends, heard countless warm words, and received an enormous amount of support and inspiration. Moments like these remind us why we do this.

This December was about growth, trust, teamwork, and believing that even the craziest plans can come true when there’s passion behind them.

We’re taking Varenyky to the next level ✨

You already know our bestsellers — Varenyky that so many of you have tasted and loved.
But Ukrainian cuisine is not only about flavour. It’s a whole world of culture, history, rituals and meanings.
So we decided to move forward.

We created a historical presentation about Varenyky — their origins, symbolism, regional variations and the stories people carried through generations. Now you can discover not just the taste, but the soul behind one of Ukraine’s most iconic dishes.
From now on, you’ll be able to see our full concept menu at selected events.

It won’t appear every time, but we’ll bring it whenever possible — to show the richness of Ukrainian culinary heritage in a new, thoughtful way.

Tye Timeline of our trip to Copenhagen

We had everything on our way: two cars with 7 people and a little boss, a big fridge with 700 portions, which we loaded and unloaded 4 times, hundreds updates on the way, a lot of sweat, but all these makes it all special💫✌️

What an incredible weekend. Copenhagen, you truly impressed us.
We came with our favourite dishes and a big mission — to share a piece of Ukrainian culture — and we left with full hearts and unforgettable memories.
A huge thank you to everyone who came, tasted, supported, and showed so much love for Ukrainian cuisine. Your warm feedback and interest in our culture meant the world to us.
