Back in March, we launched Popido a little undercover at the Naschmarkt in Markthalle 9.
We wanted to see if our cookies could get some attention on their own, without « Jones Ice Cream » behind them.
For the occasion, we created our Brown Butter Choco Chip cookie, brought our ovens with us and baked non-stop for seven hours. The response was incredibly positive and gave us the confidence to keep going.
Within a month, we had created a whole new brand: Popido Cookies.
Then summer happened. Ice cream season is still keeping us very busy, but with autumn slowly approaching, it’s finally time to make Popido official.
We’re now looking for a pop-up space, maybe even a little shop of our own, and we’re also open to B2B collaborations with cafés, hotels, shops and events.
In the meantime, we’ll keep baking Popido cookies in our ice cream shops throughout the very long ice cream off-season.
We’re also very proud of our 37 Instagram followers, so feel free to join them. A few more definitely wouldn’t hurt. 🍪
Nothing is ready, and there’s still so much to do. But the most important part is already here: the cookies.
