A small update to our opening times: Starting today our General store is now open from 11-19h with coffee to go. We are continuing to expand our fresh groceries and pantry section as well as continued fresh bread and pastries daily from @albatrossberlin. Just in time for the cold - New arrivals from our friends at @upstatestock - We have been working together since we first opened Hallesches Haus and as another retailer surviving on the edge this year we want to support as many of our small business friends as possible. Brand new wool scarfs and beanies available online soon.

When it comes to products we buy all the time, it makes sense to buy in bulk. Less visits to the supermarket and more cost effective as well. Our new pantry brand @koro_de works with short supply chains and buys directly from farmers to keep their prices fair. Available in-store and online.

Our General store is open from 10-20h with take away coffee from @fjord.coffee, breads and pastries from @albatrossberlin, as well as our carrot cake for take away.

Dear friends, four years ago this evening we pulled a huge all-nighter of a US election party. Through the collective effort of over a hundred guests, the orange-tinged effigy was soundly destroyed, yet we know how it all ended and how the next four years proceeded. // More than a cafe, shop or event space, we have always seen Hallesches Haus as a place for communities to gather. In light of the current lockdown situation obviously no parties will be happening, but we are left to wonder: where do we meet to discuss, to debate, to laugh, to eat and drink, to commiserate, to celebrate? These are the questions. We remain on the edge of our seats. Take care of yourselves and stay safe ❤️

Is Halloween at the Haus cancelled? No!
Hello everyone, we have been receiving many questions over the past day from people asking if our Halloween event is still happening tonight. While the past two days have been very uncertain for us all, we are happy to say that it is happening!
We will be adhering strictly to the current health and safety regulations, meaning everyone come with their spooky masks! We would love to see you there while we still can!
@humblepieberlin is with us from 4pm with spooky story telling from 6pm.
Thank you to everyone who has been coming to the Haus and supporting us during this time! We are so grateful to you all.
