The Sierra Nevada isn’t part of the Andes. It’s its own mountain, rising from sea level to nearly 5700 m about 40 km from the Caribbean. Cool nights, warm days, and you can taste it.

The mind-blowing part? Every single lot has a natural genetic mix that is basically impossible to replicate anywhere else on Earth. 😲 Pretty wild, right?
