Picture a Philly cheesesteak without tons of cheese 🧀 , NY style pizza 🍕 without plenty of tomato sauce and plain hotdog 🌭 in a bun… sucks, huh?

This is the way I think about American 🇺🇸 cuisine - when it’s not messy, it’s not good. This also translates to my cookies - no sterile looking stuff, this time around even next level caramel gooeyMESS!

Oh and cos said that the best cookies are the stuffed ones, I haven’t forgotten to add soft chocolate core 🤤
