This is our beautiful Scotch pie made with the traditional Mutton. 🐑

Recently we've had a few concerns raised about the scotch pies being "raw" 😳

As you can read above sometimes, depending on certain influences the meat retains a pink / reddish colour (known as persistent pinking) even when optimal cooking temperatures / times have been met. 🌡️

So dont be alarmed if your Scotch pies a little pink, it just means they are filled with the right stuff. ✅

And anyway the only way to eat a steak is 🥩rare 😄
