Our vision is to grow organic products at prices accessible to all and we focus on organic fair Trade. The green hectares of A. I.

Louvaras Bioland Ltd are spread over the uplands of Louvaras village 700 meters above sea level, near Limassol. A comprehensive programme of planting is being followed every season which results into the production of high quality organic fruit and vegetables. All our organic produce is certified by Lacon ltd ,an institution for inspecting and certifying organic agriculture and processed food, based in Germany.

μελέτη του Χάρβαρντ διαπίστωσε ότι η τακτική κατανάλωση ανθοκυανινών, μια κατηγορία φλαβονοειδών που βρέθηκαν στα μούρα, μπορεί να μειώσει τον κίνδυνο εμφάνισης καρδιακής προσβολής κατά 32% σε νεαρές και μεσήλικες γυναίκες.

Η φλαβονοειδής κερσετίνη (quercetin), που περιέχεται στις φράουλες, είναι ένα φυσικό αντιφλεγμονώδες που φαίνεται να μειώνει τον κίνδυνο αθηροσκλήρωσης και να προστατεύει από τις βλάβες που προκαλούνται από την “κακή” χοληστερόλη (LDL) σε μελέτες σε ζώα.
