Ole Ole Jazz Restaurant & Terrace, is born on the 15th of Sept. 1992 in Curacao N.A, it founder Musician and entrepreneur from Costa Rica FITO ROMAN establishes himself in Curacao and manages to achieve his dream by inaugurating his own Jazz Club on the island, this gives him the opportunity to help out local and international artists and the jazz genre in general by being its main representative on the island. Now 20 years later Ole Ole Jazz Club is still the most famous and emblematic jazz Club on Curacao, as well as being the go to place for any jazz celebrity that visits the island Ole Ole has become an icon for the local jazz movement, supporting beginning jazz artists as well as organizing local festivities to promote jazz literacy. Our very own Chef de Cuisine, Consuelo Dos Santos Cabral (born in Madeira - Portugal) has been cooking and directing our kitchen for over 19 years. Her particular cooking style is well known among the regular visitors of Ole Ole. Whether you come for her world renowned "Sopa de Mariscos" (sea food soup) or for a traditional hearty "Arepitas" (well known Venezuelan maize pancakes filled with cheese or meat) or her popular dish "Plato Zim" (cut tenderloin meat, grilled shrimp, french fries and salad) you will always find a dish that will suite your desires.
