The Qing Wang Fu historical mansion was constructed in 1922 as the private residence for the last Head Eunuch of the Forbidden City and was the most prominent building owned by a Chinese in the old English Concession. It was named “Qing Wang Fu” or Prince Qing’s Residence after the property changed ownership and became the home of the 4th Prince Qing of the Manchurian Dynasty. Company Overview

In May 2010, Tianjin Historical Architecture Restoration and Development Co., Ltd. With the assistance of 40 teams of professionals, work was completed in 12 months. The property is now under the management of CCA International, a London based hospitality group which specializes in operating boutique hotels and private membership clubs. Official Opening
