Drawing daily life of our people, Based in White Canvas, lost in here and there, from Seoul to Tokyo, and mostly discovered either in streets or cafes drawing to catch life.
Draw inside the daily life, especially in the middle of sites where events are happening. If not, the drawing often results in stereotypical image which is in fact not true.
Artist Da in Park draw improvisionally, so for her she says "it is the subject that owns my brush and directs the way of stroke”.
Crack open a facet of daily scene and tiny bits of life rain down.
Genre Painter D Dain is the editor of BLACK WATER ISSUE, TOKYO, and now lives in Tokyo at the moment.
