On 10th March, NAPA has received an unexpected notice that the proprietor of Bund 22 demands all tenants to finish the site-clearing and move out before the 13th March. We’ve been nearly overcome the crisis of Coronavirus, however we unexpectedly end up with being forced the demolition.
According to the assessment report, Bund 22, as the historical building, needs to be consolidated. But it is defined suddenly as the dangerous building and all tenants are thus forced to close and move out.
We are informed in the last minute without any specific solutions and compensation. We’re suffering great losses as we spent so much effort and cost on our beloved restaurant and cellar.
Here we would like to thank you all for the continuously support for NAPA, we are sorry to announce we have to be closed until further notice. Hope to see you soon in the near future!
3月10日，已经开业12年的NAPA西餐厅收到了一个突如其来的消息：外滩22号业主方发出清场告知函，要求我们在3月13日前完成清场。NAPA西餐厅经过疫情的影响，已遭到严重的损失，没想到却等来一句拆迁强行和驱赶！
外滩22号大楼的维修方案一直以来是加固，得以保留历史建筑，也对所有的商户造成最小的影响。如今却突然定性变成作为危楼的北楼要被拆除，导致整个外滩22号全部商户被要求关停和清场。
被勒令在如此短的时间内和我们耗资2000万用心打造的餐厅酒窖告别，且要完成所有藏酒的搬运，对我们而言几乎是不可能的任务。
感谢各位食客和媒体长期以来对于NAPA西餐厅的支持和照顾，也非常抱歉我们暂时只能被迫暂停服务，带来的不便敬请谅解。期待在未来我们仍将竭力呈现最美味的菜品和优质的服务，请各位为我们转载发声并为我们加油！
