THE MBOA IN MOURNING: TRIBUTE TO A SERVANT OF THE STATE 🇨🇲🕯️

The Nation wakes up with a heavy heart. The city of Galim-Tignère (Adamaoua) was the scene of an unspeakable drama this weekend. Sub-Prefect Patrice Joël Nakiri, his wife and three of their children tragically died in the fire of their official residence. 💔

A broken destiny in the exercise of its functions, a family mowed out by the flames. In this darkness, we retain the heroism of the neighbours who saved two children.

At a time when an investigation is underway, the L'Amour du Mboa Movement bows to the memory of this Grand Commis de l'État and his people.

May this drama remind us of the fragility of life. Let us remain vigilant, supportive and united in prayer for the survivors.

LE MBOA EN DEUIL : HOMMAGE À UN SERVITEUR DE L'ÉTAT 🇨🇲🕯️

La Nation se réveille avec le cœur lourd. La ville de Galim-Tignère (Adamaoua) a été le théâtre d’un drame innommable ce week-end. Le Sous-Préfet Patrice Joël Nakiri, son épouse et trois de leurs enfants ont tragiquement péri dans l'incendie de leur résidence officielle. 💔

Un destin brisé dans l'exercice de ses fonctions, une famille fauchée par les flammes. Dans cette obscurité, nous retenons l'héroïsme des voisins qui ont permis de sauver deux enfants.

À l'heure où une enquête est en cours, le Mouvement L’Amour du Mboa s'incline devant la mémoire de ce Grand Commis de l'État et des siens.

Que ce drame nous rappelle la fragilité de la vie. Restons vigilants, solidaires et unis dans la prière pour les survivants.

WHEN DIGNITY TRIUMPHS FROM INJUSTICE! 🦁🇸🇳🇨🇲

Senegal not only won a Cup, it gave its honour to African football. In a competition marked by refereeing decisions that left a bitter taste in many nations - Cameroun in the lead - the Teranga Lions said: STOP.

This historic gesture of leaving the field, before returning to impose itself, is the most beautiful lesson. We can try to slow ourselves down, we can use VAR with variable geometry, but we can't extinguish the destiny of a standing people.

All of Africa applauds tonight. It is the victory of all those who have been unjustly silenced.

Well done to Senegal. You won for you, but you won for all of us. 🏆🌍

QUAND LA DIGNITÉ TRIOMPHE DE L’INJUSTICE ! 🦁🇸🇳🇨🇲

Le Sénégal n’a pas seulement remporté une Coupe, il a donné son honneur au football africain. Dans une compétition marquée par des décisions d’arbitrage qui ont laissé un goût amer dans de nombreux pays - le Cameroun en tête - les Lions de Teranga ont déclaré : STOP.

Ce geste historique de quitter le terrain, avant de revenir pour s’imposer, est la plus belle leçon. Nous pouvons essayer de nous ralentir, nous pouvons utiliser VAR avec une géométrie variable, mais nous ne pouvons pas éteindre le destin d’un peuple debout.

Toute l’Afrique applaudit ce soir. C’est la victoire de tous ceux qui ont été injustement réduits au silence.

Bravo au Sénégal. Vous avez gagné pour vous, mais vous avez gagné pour nous tous. 🏆🌍
