My name is Yoelky, creator of Nelky Sweets 🤍
A pastry chef in training and a lover of entremets: elegant, delicate pastry crafted with intention.

A little over a year ago, I opened the door to one of the biggest dreams of my life: studying pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of learning from incredibly talented chefs whose experience and passion have shaped the way I create and understand this craft.

I’m currently on a maternity pause, but still learning, dreaming, and preparing what’s next for Nelky Sweets.
