❤️ A Final Thank You to Our Wonderful Community ❤️

Due to running out of food — and especially because all of our dumplings are now gone — we will only be open for three hours today, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

After 2:00 PM today, Dumpling House Williams Lake will permanently close its doors.

This is a very emotional moment for us. For almost four years, we have been incredibly grateful to serve this wonderful community. Your support, kindness, encouragement, and countless visits have meant so much to us and our family.

We truly could not have made it this far without you. Every order, every friendly conversation, every returning customer, and every kind word will be remembered.

Thank you, Williams Lake, from the bottom of our hearts. ❤️

We hope to see some of you one last time today between 11 AM and 2 PM.

Our Dumpling Sauce Recipe 🥟❤️

A few customers have asked us for the recipe for our dipping sauce, so we thought—why not share it with everyone! 😊

Here’s the recipe:

• 50 ml water
• 50 g white sugar
• 100 ml soy sauce
• 20 ml Chinese Vinegar (镇江香醋) — available at Fresco
• 10 ml sesame oil

First, dissolve the sugar in the water. Then add the soy sauce, Vinegar, and sesame oil. Mix well, and you’re ready to enjoy!

A heartfelt thank you from Dumpling House ❤️

Due to family reasons, we’ve made the difficult decision to close Dumpling House after almost 4 wonderful years.

Friday, August 28 will be our last day.
We sincerely thank all of our customers for your incredible support and friendship over the years. It has been a privilege to serve our community, and we are truly grateful for all the memories.
If you’d like to enjoy one last meal with us, we’d love to see you before we close our doors!

Hi Williams Lake, we will be closed for about 6 weeks starting from March 1.
So, this week will be our last week before the break.
