Good Land's Easter Dinner is in the slowcooker! Pork chops from the family farm (organic outdoor raised, h**p fed pigs), leeks from the garden, home-brewed Apple Cider, and a bay leaf from mom's tree. Happy Hopping!

Oh the wonders of Kale. At the Good Land, our favourite way to eat Kale is to tenderize it. Wash it, cut into bite size pieces, and put a little oil (we use Good Seed H**p Oil!), a little bit of apple cider vinegar or lemon (acid) and a bit of sea salt and then massage it all with your hands and wait 10 minutes to eat. The kale is tender and sweet! If you want to go more deluxe, you can add toasted walnuts, crumbled goat cheese, or anything else of your choosing. Yum.
