Our take on cinnamon rolls. We make ‘em gourmet.

Our butter rolls are getting dressed up with some seriously delicious flavours. What you see here are a couple of examples:
🥓 Cinnamon Bacon (pair with Maple Latte or Earl Grey)
🌿 Pesto Tomato Cheese (pair with Light-roast Pour-over and Jasmine Tea)

So fluffy and fragrant, with just right amount of chewiness.

When our long-time friend, a piano/violin teacher, asked us to create a special treat for her students’ recital, we were truly honoured. 🎵

Inspired by her grace and the beauty of her music, we wanted to create something just as wonderful. This palm-sized macaron was filled with silky buttercream and fresh strawberries, adorned with handcrafted sugar flowers.

Congrats all the performers and thank you for letting us be a small part of a special celebration.

A little patience, a lot of care, and countless small details. ✨

What we were working on here was coconut macarons. We suggest pairing it with some jasmine tea (hot/iced) or flat white.

This one was a little different from our usual menu 🧱

We created this Lego-themed cake and cupcakes for our nephew’s birthday.

We don’t typically take on custom cakes, but getting to make something this playful for family made it extra special 💛

Our dough baby has been well fed. 😁

We believe great bread starts with what you put into it, just like feeding kids good, nourishing food. 💪When you give it the right ingredients, it grows beautifully.

This batch of shio pan (salted butter rolls) is a little proof of that. The beautiful honeycomb crumb gives it a light, airy, and fluffy texture. One bite, and it makes our hearts sing. ❤️

We are pairing this with iced yuzu green tea and americano.
