We believe great bread starts with what you put into it, just like feeding kids good, nourishing food. 💪When you give it the right ingredients, it grows beautifully.

This batch of shio pan (salted butter rolls) is a little proof of that. The beautiful honeycomb crumb gives it a light, airy, and fluffy texture. One bite, and it makes our hearts sing. ❤️

We are pairing this with iced yuzu green tea and americano.

🍫 Chocolate with Caramel filling -
A rich cocoa Madeleine with a smooth caramel centre. It’s creamy, indulgent, and perfectly balanced with sweetness. Every bite melts softly and reveals its layered richness.
🤎 pairs beautifully with an espresso, dark roast coffee, or a malty Assam tea.

🍓Raspberry filling with Lychee -
A swirl of tangy raspberry cream with a soft lychee center. It’s fruity, floral, and delicately balanced. The texture is smooth with a slight crunch. There is such depth to this irresistible flavour.
