Today was our last day of shop business at 3010 S. Granville.
As a staff / family member of SALONTEA, I want to congratulate Sarah Ambrose on her achievements, from taking on the introduction of a cool, new brand to Vancouver, to running a peppy little tea salon that stole our hearts over time. That she has been able to successfully transform this brand into a virtually self-selling wholesale product speaks volumes, not only about the brand quality, but about her resilient character. She is confident, truly a lover of people (especially babies), open-hearted and has the keen ability to bring together a like-minded group of employees who quickly become family. I am proud to not just have her as one of my employers, but also, my newest sister. Finally I can call her a brat in public, without fear of losing my job. ;)
And so, we move on to bigger, exciting projects. And if for some reason you are one of those people a little too nervous to shop for our teas online, you will still see us at seasonal fairs, markets and events. You can also catch our delightful tea blends in some HomeSense stores across Canada (as well as other fine merchants of tea). Finally, we are here on facebook, and we love messages.
A loving thank you to all who have supported us, visited us regularly and who helped bring SALONTEA to the cups of Canadians.
To my other fellow SALONTEA family members, Alex, I adore you. Thank you for making me laugh so much and for all your wonderful insight. Courtenay, I think you made me laugh more than Alex did. Stay gold. Lauchland, remember that you are important. And thanks for introducing me to Vine. Tyler, I still can't figure out why so many customers thought you were cuter than me. Kitty Hu, your calming and positive energy are inspiring. E Phra Lee, my spiritual chat buddy, you have so much gentle light in you. Don't ever let it fade away.
