THANKSGIVING AT LAVANTINE | OCTOBER 9–11

Celebrate Thanksgiving weekend above the city at Lavantine Rooftop & Skybar with a special seasonal menu by Executive Chef Daniel Kenney, bringing autumn ingredients together with the bold flavours of the Levant.

Our regular menu will also be available throughout the weekend, with Thanksgiving dishes offered à la carte.

▪️ Begin with Lavantine Bruschetta with sourdough, tzatziki, babaganoush and hummus, or Spiced Kibbeh with mozzarella and toum.

▪️ For the main event, discover Roasted Saddle of Lamb with potato purée, lamb jus and heirloom carrots, or Squash Ravioli with red pepper nage, tomato, garlic and labneh.

▪️ Complete the table with seasonal sides including Lavantine Jewelled Stuffing, Sumac Roasted Carrots, and Cranberry & Pomegranate Relish.

▪️ Finish on a sweet note with Pumpkin Pie with date molasses, pomegranate and five spice cream, or Baklava with spiced gelato.
