Day 2 of testing if Subway orders are actually ready when the app says they are 👀🥪

We pulled up right on time again… no early, no late — exactly when it said “ready for pickup.” The question is: are they being real with these times, or just hitting “ready” to keep things moving?

This is part of my “DoorDash Liars” series where I test if your food is actually ready when they say it is. Some places are spot on… others, not so much. Let’s see how Subway does today.

Would you trust the pickup time or start showing up late?

Everyone thinks losing 100+ pounds fixes everything… but the truth is, that’s just where the real work starts.

Here are 5 things nobody tells you about losing weight:

It doesn’t fix everything — it just exposes what’s been there all along.

Your mindset takes way longer to catch up than your body.

People treat you differently… and yeah, you notice it.

It’s boring — the same habits, same foods, over and over.

It’s easier to gain it back than you think if you slip.

This journey isn’t just physical — it’s mental, emotional, and constant.

If you’re in it right now, you’re not alone.

Things I couldn’t do 100 pounds ago — Step Ladder Edition 🪜

Back then, even thinking about climbing a step ladder meant checking the weight limit first… and usually walking away. Today? No hesitation. No second guessing. Just climbing up like it’s nothing.

It’s crazy how the small, everyday wins hit the hardest. This isn’t just about weight loss — it’s about freedom, confidence, and doing things you used to avoid without even realizing it.

What’s something YOU can do now that you couldn’t before?

Ever wonder if your food is REALLY ready when the app says it is? 🤔

Today we’re putting DoorDash to the test. No waiting, no guessing — I’m pulling up exactly when it says “ready”… and sometimes even EARLY 👀

Is your food just sitting there getting cold?
Or are they still cooking it while the app says it’s ready?

Let’s find out who’s telling the truth…

If you’ve ever felt like your order shows up cold or late, this one’s for you.

5 things that made weight loss WAY easier👇

– Eating the same meals
– Tracking honestly
– Walking daily
– Keeping junk out of the house
– Planning meals ahead

I stopped trying to be perfect…
and started making it simple.

No crazy diets
No overthinking

Just removing decisions and staying consistent

The less I had to think about it…
the easier it became to stick to

This is what actually made it sustainable for me

I put the breakdown + exactly how I do this in the comments 👇

5 habits that made me gain weight… without realizing👇

– Eating while watching TV
– Weekend “cheat days”
– Liquid calories
– Not tracking anything
– Rewarding myself with food

None of this felt “bad” at the time…
that’s why it added up so fast.

I wasn’t bingeing every day
I was just slightly off… every day.

And that’s all it takes.

What changed:
– Eating with intention
– Tracking honestly
– Treating weekends like normal days
– Breaking the reward = food mindset

Small habits… big results (both ways)

I put the breakdown + what I do instead in the comments so I can come back to it anytime 👇

Let’s be real… there are things people say “don’t bother them” — but deep down, they do.

Here are 5 things overweight people pretend don’t bother them:

1. Not fitting comfortably in seats (planes, restaurants, rides)
2. Getting out of breath doing simple things
3. Avoiding photos or being the one taking them
4. Clothes not fitting the way you want them to
5. Feeling judged in public (gyms, pools, everyday places)

Most people won’t say it out loud… but a lot of us have felt it.

If you’ve been there — you know.

How to turn $6.00 into a small fortune

5 things that sounded like love…
but quietly built bad habits👇

“There’s starving kids in Africa”
“Have seconds, there’s lots left”
“You’re still growing — eat more”
“You’re not leaving the table until it’s gone”
“Finish your plate and you get dessert”

No one meant harm…
but this is how I learned to ignore being full.

I didn’t eat because I was hungry
I ate because I was told to.

And that followed me into adulthood.

What changed everything:
– Learning hunger vs. habit
– Not forcing clean plates
– Eating with intention, not guilt
– Realizing more food ≠ more love

You can appreciate how you were raised…
and still choose better for yourself.
