Today, we are celebrating Daniela, and all the memories she’s made with ⁠

Daniela first joined us in 2023 as a server at our Robson location, then moved over to open Brentwood as a supervisor before making her way back to Robson as a senior supervisor in 2025.⁠
⁠
And if you’ve ever been to one of our staff BBQs or holiday parties, you probably know Daniela as, the life of the party! From the restaurants to our team celebrations, she always brought the energy, the laughs, and a whole lot of personality.⁠
⁠
Now, Daniela is heading into an exciting new chapter as she pursues a career as a police officer.⁠
⁠
We’re definitely going to miss her, but we’re incredibly proud of her and excited to see where this next adventure takes her.

What started as bringing a little piece of Vancouver to Calgary has quickly become something so much more meaningful, becoming part of the Bridgeland community.⁠

The design for Hello Nori Bridgeland is a little nod to our Richmond location. Inspired by the temperate forests that surround Vancouver, its interior draws inspiration from the shape of an ancient tree reaching its branches toward the sky. Wood, stone, and concrete come together to create a space that feels grounded, natural, and distinctly Hello Nori.⁠

Zuzana's story with us goes all the way back to Hello Nori Robson, where it all began for us five years ago. When it came time to open our very first expansion location, there was no question who would lead the charge, Zuzana took on Hello Nori Brentwood and has been its GM since the doors first opened, building that team and that community from the ground up. ⁠

Watching her grow from Robson into the incredible female leader she is today has been a true testament to what we're all about at Hello Nori! ⁠
