Gangster Fam! Meet Chef Jeremy.

We're thrilled to welcome Chef Jeremy, a local Chef born and raised in Uxbridge traveled all around but home is home with over 30 years in the culinary industry, specializing in French cuisine.

Chef Jeremy is bringing his expertise to Gangster Cheese to Elevate our restaurant to a whole new level. Things are about to get deliciously creative.

To kick things off, Chef Jeremy is debuting his first specials this week:

- French Onion Grilled Cheese on artisanal bread, caramelized onions, gruyère and swiss and white cheddar served with a rich beef consommé for dipping.

- Smashed Burger Grilled Cheese with creamy cheddar- the perfect start to this new era of flavor

Gangster Cheese family!!! How are you? Its been a while. Some of you may know that something special is going on at the restaurant in Uxbridge 🧐 and we are SOOO EXCITED to show all of you. With that being said, we will be back open July 30th to reveal the magic!!. (Hours TBD). See you soon.

Celebrating 9 amazing years of marriage with my incredible wife.🎉❤️ Last night, we dined at my friend Max's new restaurant, and it was awesome start to finish. So proud of Max and his team—wishing you all the success! Being married to an entrepreneur isn't always easy; it takes a lot of patience and understanding, but Margaret, you make it all worthwhile.
