Join us for Jazz Jam Sundayz, our new weekly jam event every Sunday from 4 to 7 pm at Emporia!

Bring your instrument down and join the Monik Nordine Quartet or bring a friend and come enjoy the music, some happy hour or an early dinner and enjoy the show! 🎶

All ages is welcome. Minor must be accompanied by guardian please.

There’s no cover charge for this event, but donations to the band are appreciated! Cash and card are accepted on a pay what you can basis, and all donations go directly to the artists!

Starting Sunday, July 26, join us every Sunday from 4–7 PM for an early evening of live jazz with the wonderful Monik Nordine Quartet. Settle in with Happy Hour, stay for dinner, and enjoy one of the Victoria area’s talented jazz groups right here at Emporia.

💜 About Monik
is a freelance saxophonist, composer and bandleader, working mainly in the jazz, blues, Latin, folk, pop and world music idioms. Monik leads her own trio and quartet and directs The Victoria Jazz Orchestra. She has performed with Hugh Fraser and VEJI, The Hard Rubber Orchestra, Ian McDougall, Rob McConnell, Guido Basso, Michael Buble, the Victoria Symphony Orchestra and more. She has recorded three albums as a leader and they can be found through her website www.moniknordine.ca

We are thrilled to welcome her to our stage in Langford!
