While we aren’t able to raise our own chickens at this time, we are very fortunate to have Island family farms like Larkin Farms who raise delicious high quality chickens!

We use Larkin Farm chicken breasts for all our menu items. They’re marinated in buttermilk and seasoning then breaded by hand. Whole chickens are used mostly in Grab ‘n Go for stews (picture 3) + soups. The bones are all turned into broth.
