It’s Pie Time!!!

If you know, you know…these pies are delicious and made with heart which means you get a Gluten Free pie with all the mouthwatering goodness filled just like a gramma does!

Here’s the deal, our baking pro is booked solid for Thanksgiving which means these will be ready for delivery either October 5th or 6th with cut off for ordering on September 30th.

The Regular size pies are 9”x2” pie plates and the Minis measure 6”x1” meaning you get a healthy amount inside those measurements so whether you’re just looking for yourself or feeding others, you can choose what will work for you!

Flavours available to choose from will be Apple, Pumpkin, Blueberry, Raspberry and Lemon(in the regular size not mini).

Mini’s are $19 and Regular are $26 which is less than the Alberta average for bakery gluten free pies! Grab yours while you can and enjoy them fresh or freeze them for a special gathering!

Mmmmm…Brownies in the summer are such a great treat to keep in the freezer or bring to a family gathering and lucky for you, we have some on order which means we have some extras! Day hasn’t been decided yet but I have for sure 3 pks up for grabs at $12 each. Let me know if you need some Brownies in your life! 😋

When we have an event in our family, we feed people and it’s so much easier to make it with delicious food that all can eat! This was for our daughter’s wedding this weekend. The top tier is Carrot Cake, second is Red Velvet and then a variety of those and Chocolate for the cupcakes decorated to match the wedding colors and all sorts of flowers. My job is the easy part, I delivered the end result to the location. Mom(Gramma to the Bride) is the creator of the magic that didn’t just look amazing but it tasted amazing too and no one would have known they were gluten free because they still taste delicious and look amazing! Hours in a hot kitchen to decorate but the result was beautiful! 💞

This past week we had some baking deliveries and an extra special request for cupcakes to celebrate a 15yr old and her 11yr old sister. This family has been ordering cakes and cupcakes for quite awhile so it was our pleasure to be able to have Lemon and Chocolate cupcakes decorated using no dye food coloring. These and another drop off were our cut off for orders until after our daughter’s wedding on July 18th. I’ll post when we are back up for ordering but in the meantime, if anyone could send that rain away, that would be lovely! 🌼

People that need Gluten FREE get how cross contamination can affect them but we also have some friends and family members on here that truly want to have food available for those they care about. This is an important part of ensuring items are gluten free for you and your guests!

When you’re purchasing from someone, ask the questions to ensure that the person selling understands. Gluten particles can also stay in the air for an extended period of time if gluten and gluten free baking is done in the same kitchen. It’s really important to make sure that the glitter/gluten isn’t on gluten free to make sure it’s safe!

We have some extra Cupcakes(Chocolate/Vanilla) and Carrot Cake(11x11) ready for you either tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday morning. Icing on cupcakes may be different than photo but still deliciousness!

Limited quantities so once they are sold, they are sold. 6pk Cupcakes $18, Carrot Cake $12.

One of our favourite messages is when a customer loves a cake so much that they request one the same and a fun cake that gives my mom the opportunity to be creative! The next favourite message is that it was loved by all including those that don’t require gluten free! 💕

One was carrot cake and the other was vanilla with raspberry filling.👩‍🍳

Wipe that drool, I hear there wasn’t much leftover!🤪

This week we have carrot cake ordered and some cupcakes so if you need either of those, my hips will thank you! 🥕🧁
