As promised Cup's Catering and Chocolate Creations is kick things off with a clean slate and a brand NEW treat! You already know Cup's Catering and Chocolate Creations is your go-to spot for all things perfectly dipped and delicious... but while I was away, I decided it was time to level up for autumn! 🍏🍂

Handcrafted Gourmet Autumn Apples!

Forget those shiny, waxy, rock-hard grocery store ones. 🙅‍♀️ I hand-scrub every single bit of wax off these crisp apples and coat them in a luxurious, completely custom hybrid caramel sauce made with real butter, brown sugar, heavy cream, and rich vanilla. And because you know I can't resist a twist, you can get them dipped in my signature gourmet chocolate, too! 🍫✨

These are thick, velvety, melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Because grocery costs have been so wild, I've updated my pricing to make sure I can keep using the highest quality ingredients for you guys:

🍏 The Premium Plain Jane (Custom Caramel or Rich Chocolate) – $8 each

🥜 The Crunch Factor (Caramel or Chocolate + choice of topping-Nuts, or Sprinkles) – $10 each

OMG!!!! YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW MUCH I HAVE MISSED YOU ALL! 🫂💜

I know I said I was only going to take a month to heal after my heart attack, be completely better, and get right back into my normal life...
Well, I was wrong! 🤦‍♀️ I learned very quickly that I had to take things a lot slower than I’m used to, which really forced me to stop and just rest.

I want to say a sincere, huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone for letting me have this required time to heal.
Your understanding messages and comments meant the absolute world to me, and I truly appreciate it. This time away really allowed me to focus on healing my heart.

I was even able to have a night away with an amazing friend who took me away from all the noise straight to the water and the forest!😘💕
I spent lots of time adventuring and visiting new places with my kids and my parents. Plus, I even got to grab lunch with a friend from Army Cadet Camp from over 20 years ago!⛺️🥾

I hope you all had such an amazing summer and long weekend! Now that all the kids are back in school and following a recent appointment with my cardiologist, I have officially received the GREEN LIGHT!🚦🥳
I still have some testing and follow-up appointments to be done to get the full picture, but I am officially ready and so excited to get back into what I love most—making and creating delicious food, custom cheesecakes, specialized grazing boxes, and treats for you all! 👩‍🍳💜🍓

Thanks again to you all for the understanding, support, and love you have shown Cup's Catering and Chocolate Creations during my unexpected time away. You are the ones who make this business possible for my family, and I appreciate you more than words can say. 🫶

Hello beautiful people!!! 👋👋

I’ve been a bit quiet lately, and some of my 'curious cats' might have noticed I’ve been away from the kitchen. 🕵️‍♀️
I’m reaching out with some heavy news:
Last week, I had a heart attack. It was a huge shock, and to be honest, I’m still trying to get my head around it all at 38!🤯
The good news is I am finally home and starting my recovery journey. 🏠😊
But because I have to follow strict doctor's orders to let my heart heal, Cup's Catering and Chocolate Creations is temporarily pausing all orders til the end of June.😔
I know I haven't posted in a bit, and I truly appreciate all the messages checking in on me—you guys are the absolute heart behind this small business!🫶
I want to say a HUGE thank you to everyone who visited me, sent messages, and showed me so much love while I was in the hospital. I felt every bit of it!💕💕
I’ll be taking some quiet time to rest, but I can’t wait to see all your beautiful faces and get back to making your favourite treats once I’m stronger. 🍓

👀If you’ve seen my garden lately, you know my green onions are officially taking over! 🤯
I love growing my own produce, and since I have more than I can use, I want to share them with you all.I am offering FREE green onions and plant starters! 🆓
🪶For those who might not know, we as Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte carry the teachings of the Peacemaker. He brought us the message of the "One Mind" (Ka’nikonhrí:yo)—the idea that when we align our thoughts in peace, kindness, and unity, we can take care of one another as one family.🤝
✨With how expensive things are these days, I want to live out that teaching by making sure no one goes without. These onions and starters are a gift to the community to keep our "One Mind" strong.
