Update on payments.

Starting today, I will require 100% of the order to be made at the time of order.

If you need to pay me on a different date that is fine, but I will require at least 50% of the deposit for your order and will send a message of payment reminder when we decide on a date that you can pay the remainder amount. ***It cannot be later than your order date***

HOWEVER

if that date comes along, and you do not message me back after I send a reminder, you have 24 hours to send payment otherwise your order will be cancelled. You will have to place a new order with me and will be required to pay 100% of the order immediately.

I have had recent orders allowing flexibility with payments but after receiving no response AND no down payment for orders I am left with additional supplies and equally cakes that I cannot resell easily.

A few new things 🙂

I created a bakesy account, so you as the customer can now request cakes from me in an app. It’s super cool and simple and the part that I absolutely love is you can create notes and upload photos, I’ll also be able to send you an invoice via email and you can choose to either e-transfer me or submit payment via square and notifications are sent when I view, accept and complete anything. This will help me keep track of my cake orders as things get busy for me which is to the thanks from the support of all you wonderful people 🫶🏼 So going forward if you’d like a cake from me, I’ll be sending you a bakesy link 🙂

Going forward all e-transfers will go to [email protected] or you’ll receive a square link for payment for your orders 🙂

I’d also like some suggestions of anyone else who does cakes or cupcakes in the area so I can help support others as well when I am at capacity or am unable to do a cake seeing as I’ve received large amounts of support from everyone ☺️
