Thursday NorthStar Kitchen & Catering is open till 8pm

Tina and Zoe are working together on house made dumplings and spring rolls to crown the mountain of chow mein she is making!

They also whipped up potsto salad (gonna do a burger and potato salad combo tomorrow)

And some Italian marinated veggie macaroni salad that ended up being vegan 😄

We also have some cowboy spaghetti (a little kick of heat, bacon and sautéed peppers)

Butter chicken on rice with naan

Hamburger patties with mashed potsto, gravy and veggies

Working on cabbage roll soup- the broccoli cheddar sold out

We also have more of Joan Zimmer s stickers in stock.

Half of the $$ goes to the Tumbler Ridge Community Healing Space and the other half goes back to Joan to cover her cost 🙂

I made coffee and its in an insulated pot...

We do have quite a few great options for ya right now, if you wanna come in and pay by cash or e transfer!

Greek chicken wraps, made with our house made tatziki, feta, fresh chopped veggies and tender chicken. $10

Turkey bacon ranch sub: loaded w crisp bacon, juicy in house roasted Turkey, tomato and our house made ranch $14

Pulled pork sub will hit the hot hold as soon as we have power

Italian grinder chopped subs

A couple of roast beef subs w/ havarti, pickle & house made garlic aioli
