today at Seek Wilderness Accommodations and this weeks food truck rally will be one of the last weeks to get your summer menu fix before EVERYTHING on the sandwich menu changes😍

but that just means MY favorite sandwich is just around the corner🤤

if only it was sunny and warm again today, but here we are, a long weekend filled with rain😔
BUT I’m not letting that stop me! I am still opening today from 11-2 at the hospital but please be mindful that our hospital staff are priority!
I still have times available for lunch after 12:45 - if you come between 11-12:30 without a preorder it’s likely you will be waiting in the rain!

back in action with a full week of truck service....just in time for the rain🙃 but I'm hopeful that it will still be a good week because have you seen that cookie special😍😍😍

friday - the weather is looking the worst, but to avoid our hardworking hospital staff standing in the rain, I'm STRONGLY ENCOURAGING pre-orders for friday so I can have orders ready when you guys arrive at the truck. If it's too rainy/there aren't enough preorders for me to open, I'll post by 9am friday morning!

The rest of the weekend - playing it entirely by ear but as long as things are still happening at Seek Wilderness Accommodations and Dal...ill be there with bells on!

hi friends! just your friendly sandwich truck owner popping back up from the sand and sun of the island to let you know vacation time has come to an end 😩 my freckles are out on full display and I’m still finding sand where it doesn’t belong, but it’s time to get back to reality.

I’m playing a little catchup this evening for those who were expecting to hear from me BEFORE I went away…but once that car was packed I couldn’t bring myself to do any work.

the truck *is NOT* open this week because I’m catering all week and headed to drop a kid off at StFX University this weekend. I’ll make it up to you next week I promise😉 (also because I’ll need a distraction from the fact that my little guy starts big boy school next week😭)

but holy moly friends, it’s a good thing I took some vacation - September is shaping up to be a great month! Assuming all goes to plan I will be in Truro, New Glasgow/Pictou, Cole Harbour and TATA!!! all before October 1st!

thank you to EVERYONE who stuck around the last few weeks…I know I’ve been a whirlwind of chaos because too much life happened at once, and all the love you guys sent when I was on vacation - I LOVE YOU ALL and can’t wait to get back to work❤️

sometimes one weird weekend makes you forget about all the good that actually happened - and these cookies were exactly that.

when Greg and his fiancee approached me about custom Celtic knot inspired cookies for their wedding it was a no brainer that I wanted to do them.

thanks to Sweet Street Supply for making (yet again) the exact cutters I wanted, and with Gram’s gingersnap cookie recipe - this couple got what I hope was exactly what they envisioned and such a unique treat to share with their loved ones.

Pickup day has arrived and here's all the details in case you forgot!

**the biggest thing i cannot stress enough was that I set the pickup time specifically to work with this weeks schedule and today's not a flexible day - if your day is going wonky and you need to pickup sunday or Monday, no worries just let me know!

I cannot wait to see everyone tonight and just to Amp up the excitement..my next preorder for some nostalgic treats will be going live in little over a month!🥳

Halifax I’m coming for you!
this week I’m popping up at Nova Scotia Provincial Exhibition on Wednesday and Thursday, then SATURDAY I’m taking my show (just me, no truck) on the road to Halifax for The Pop Up Market ‘s Summer Market at Centenniel Arena on Vimy Avenue.

and in case you missed my stories…I am on vacation next week! no truck, no market, no work - just me, my little guy and some much needed relaxing.
