What happens when you can’t make your bestie’s wedding cake cuz they live on the other side of the world? You make em wedding cookies (of the wedding cake 😏) and fly over to hand-deliver them! I’m just super relieved they all survived the 22hr journey over 😅

She had no theme, no set colours, not even flowers(!) which made it kinda hard for me to decide how I wanted to do these cookies, but I think in the end they were very on point for the celebration. And she loved em! 🥰 Double happiness to the wonderful couple!!

Ps. Can we just rewind it back to August??!! 😩

Lol another non-cake cake for the season - this one’s made entirely out of fresh fruits! 🍉🍊🍇🍒🫐 (and held together by a lotta toothpicks 😅)
I made this for my brother’s birthday earlier this month, and just so that there was still an element of cake, that bb watermelon on top is actually a cake pop! 😁🍉🧁🍬

Is it cake Pt.2??? Lol so what do we make after Mashed Potato Birthday Cake? Well when I saw this Ice Cream Baked Potato from Amy Nash it all fell into place… if we’re having dessert-for-dinner, then we’ll have dinner-for-dessert!! 🎂=🥔=🍨

A Mango Raspberry Baked Potato and a Chocolate Truffle Baked Potato loaded with not-Sour Cream, Coconut Flake “Cheese” and lol dinosaur sprinkles “Chives”!!

And of course to pair with them a Father’s Day Hamburger Cake (with an ultra fudgey brownie patty)!!

Is it cake??? Well sorta… I came across Juliette Moreno ‘s Mashed Potato Cake here on the ‘gram and both lil monkeys says they wanted that for their birthday this year! So here we are. 😂
Mashed Potato Birthday Cake complete with sour cream swirls, bacon bit & green onion sprinkles, and of course dino nuggie decorations!

🍰 Lemon syrup soaked chiffon cake with lemony whipped cream cheese frosting and fresh mangoes - I had made a smaller snacky version of this cake about a month ago and she loved it so much she wanted seconds! (that never happens!! 😮) So I knew I had to make her this cake for her birthday!

Not just any horse… a Fire Horse! 🔥🐎 Hence my bright red and yellow horsies (and not just because I had a lot of red and yellow icing left over and didn’t want to make another batch of white icing just for these cookies… no sir! 😅) But I love how these turned out! And they’re so cute next to my mom’s lil crocheted horse ☺️

Christmas dessert 2025: Profiterole Christmas Tree (inspired by ) filled with a chocolate crème diplomat and decorated with sprinkles & stars! ⭐️🎄🍫

🩷 Grinchy cookies (adapted from ) - pistachio cookies with the bougiest .patisserie raspberry lychee jam (except it never set! 🙈)

🌰 Hazelnut Linzer cookies (adapted from ) filled with Nutella 😋
