Ashlee Shutt is the Founder and Director of Morgan’s Hands, a Toronto-based not-for-profit organization dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness, food insecurity, and hardship. Through community partnerships, volunteers, and outreach initiatives, Morgan’s Hands provides nutritious meals, essential supplies, clothing, hygiene products, and compassionate support to those who need it most.

As Head of Food Services, Chef Mark Deline leads the organization’s culinary operations, bringing over three decades of professional culinary experience to the mission. A classically trained chef, Mark oversees menu planning, food safety, meal production, volunteer kitchen operations, and food procurement, ensuring every meal is prepared with the same care, quality, and dignity that would be expected in a professional kitchen.

Together, Ashlee and Mark are committed to creating meaningful change by combining compassionate leadership with professional excellence. Their shared vision is simple: to strengthen communities, restore dignity, and demonstrate that a warm meal and a kind heart can make a lasting difference.
