NY Times reached out to me to help them build a story on father's perinatal mental health, including my work and a patient's experience with postpartum depression. Father's Day is a time for celebration and caring about the mental health of fathers. Perinatal mental health disorders affect fathers' well-being, global functioning, parenting, partners, and children. We need to support both parents' mental health to ensure family health!

Reina Country #26: Iceland

When she was 6, I told her she could choose a country every year and she chose Iceland this year. I was hoping for somewhere warm but this turned out to be the best trip we have had together. Had real bonding time, inside jokes, laughs, had amazing food, and got to explore new experiences. We are really becoming buddies. This was precious time.

Also, Iceland has some of the best cuisine and restaurants. Putting it in my top 5
