After we got acquainted with each of our bedrooms and freshened up, we caught our first glimpse at what the rest of our weekend would be like. The holidays are the perfect time to reflect on this notion; to slow down, enjoy each moment, and spend time with our friends and family – the reason why we celebrate this time of year in the first place."
