We go back to traditional Miso-making: simple ingredients, and a lot of patience. Our Miso has no preservatives or GMO ingredients

Today is May 5th and Children’s Day in Japan. When you go to Japan around this time, you see Carp-shaped Streamers everywhere. Mine is a condo size, but real big ones in the countryside are beautiful and amazing to see. You can see an actual size Koinobori ( a carp-streamer) and delicious Kashiwa-mochi till Monday, May 10th. My amazake will be available till May 8th. You can also DM me. Happy Children's Day! 🎏

It is sunny and bright. Pick up some Onigiris! This is just signature miso & hot water. It makes me feel warm and full 😋 This month’s Omusubi is green pea! Don't forget to pick up Signature Miso & Negimiso for your mom!

Happy Girls day! March 3rd is the day to celebrate girl‘s health and well-being. As much as I am against binary thinking, I cannot resist passing on Japanese traditional festivals to the next generation...I hope my daughter will be a strong and kind-hearted person, and feels good about who she is. Today’s menu was Chirashi sushi, soy sauce Koji fried chicken (Karaage), shiokoji deep fried tofu, simple salads and clam osumashi soup using homemade tamari sauce. Thank you for supporting small businesses. Thank you, , for organizing the girl's day picked-up events.

Well, today is January 3rd... My celebration of New Year will end today. It was so different from any other year's but always good meals.🎍By the way, a parcel arrived on Dec 31 from Japan.
