Ramdevine Cooking & Catering.
Thank your mom for everything.
Thank you, ma more than you could ever know.
If I can give one piece of advice to whomever would appreciate it.
Remember, your birthday isn't just your birthday.
It most importantly is also your parents' birthday.
In the Indian culture & Hindu traditional rituals, it is not just about gifts and presents.
It is a time when parents experience the birth of their child once again.
Like my mother does and has been doing for my sister's and myself from day 1.
She takes us for prayers and blessings.
She makes dessert, which is called (prasad) an offering to our God's.
She does 'Aarti' a form of prayers.
She feeds us like it was her first time, with her own hands.
She makes sure we have something new to wear or to use.
As her children, we hug her and touch her feet for blessings. To overcome our ego and, most importantly, blessings with all her love.
Family and friends always call to congratulate her with love, devotion, and blessings.
