Be Vigilant if you are asked to join a zoom meeting. Look at the Zoom link, it might be off and lead to some app named Atera. Here is what Perplexity says about opening Atera -

HOW ATTACKERS ARE USING ZOOM + ATERA

Recent phishing campaigns have used fake Teams or Zoom installers or meeting invites that, instead of installing Zoom, actually install Atera (or other RMM tools) in the background.
These lures often arrive as unexpected “Zoom meeting” emails or links and can be themed around work meetings, tax season, or urgent business matters to create pressure to click and install something.

Be cautious, be suspicious, be 2026 aware and if in doubt check into AI for details
