General information

I have graduated from Liaison College, Culinary School in 2009 and have worked in the restaurant industry for 10+ years. I have been involved in all types of restaurant set ups, from lowly franchises to high-end fine dining, seeing restaurants open and seeing them close. I've gone from dishwasher/prep guy to sous chef/kitchen manager, and everything in between. I've worked for a wide spectrum of chefs, with different expectations and work ethics. I've seen it all, and now I'm ready to do my own thing.
