GradsMarket is a one day talent showcase and competition. A "reverse trade show" where students from various schools in the culinary arts will gather to mix and mingle with the public, promote and sell their skills and services and, of course, network. The always popular food sampling format brings together industry professionals and the general public to meet the students, see their work and gi

ve feedback while also providing the opportunity to hire the grads. GradsMarket is a fun competition that consists of 2 parts: public opinion and a panel of professional judges, and yes, you will see some culinary celebrities there!
