Introducing the Community Reserve.
When we respect the trees and allow the season determine what is possible, rather than forcing it toward a number or a narrative, extra virgin olive oil becomes rare and the higher the quality, the rarer it becomes.
No two harvests are ever the same.
To help absorb the variability of each harvest season, a portion of trees across our rescued groves remains intentionally unallocated to members.
Together, they form our Community Reserve.
In difficult years, it protects continuity across the groves. In stronger years, it yields an oil that belongs to our member community as a whole.
Born in restored groves in the hills of Florence.
200 bottles. Available to members on Earth Day.
