I knew him from Stranger Things, Dare Devil, and The Pacific so having him stop by the café was pretty surreal. But beyond the screen, such a gentleman and genuinely cool dude. Loved his coffee order too

From writing code as a software engineer to crafting experiences in hospitality, my journey has always been driven by passion. Inspired from a young age by Chef Gordon Ramsay, I found my love for the culinary world—and today, that vision lives through Simpl Cafe.

They say never meet your heroes—but he was everything I had imagined and more: inspiring, composed, gracious, and genuinely kind.

It was truly an honour to welcome and serve one of the chefs who inspired that dream. Thank you for visiting and making this moment unforgettable.
