But what if it does?

Before & Bánh Mì became a shop, it was months of construction, endless R&D, sleepless nights, and starting over again. Staying up until 4AM testing recipes and waking up at 6AM to continue building.

And honestly, even now, we still stay up late thinking, planning, fixing, learning, and trying to make everything better every single day.

From perfecting our bread to designing the space and rethinking every detail, we poured our hearts into creating something meaningful.

Some days are exhausting and scary, but seeing people support us and connect with what we’ve built reminds us why we started.

Maybe the dream keeping you awake at night is the one worth fighting for 🤍
