Forgot kids went back to school today so 12-130pm,330-7pm will be Sept/Oct hours for the weekdays and 12-7 on weekends.

Well once again I get sent wrong potatoes , crazy how much I made big deal about last batch and then they send a worse quality potato for fries .not only white instead of russet but the size of a golf ball . I will let everyone know when the good stuff arrives hopefully next friday.

And on that note all poutines will be ex large instead of medium and all fry orders will be upsized till the #1 Russet Returns.

I will have to take my second personal day off in 3 years this Saturday Aug 29 to attend a bachelor party which is the closest thing I've had to a vacation since I took over lease.

I have been here for 5 years and this is by far the toughest one yet. From bad weather, equipment issues,food costs, food quality (mostly potatoes and onions), ordering issues, and loss of many events it all hit this year .
Plus I've had more rude disrespectful customers this year then other 4 years combined clearly says alot about morale around here lately , what alot of people don't realize is I dont work for the government and im not just a employee who you can disrespect ,where most have to eat the BS and apologize to you for your wrong doing, I will prob tell you to go "fly a kite".

Nothing on the followers and regulars when the weather is good the support is awesome and without you guys I wouldnt be living the dream so thank you all for the love.

In my opinion this style bar/comfort food will be the first to close down and luckily im a staff of 1 who will be there till the end for better or worse.
