Good evening everyone!!

Just want to share the exciting news about various options that are available to us in the near future! We received the green light for a food truck on my property as well as for running a BBQ business 😁

Of course either option would be seasonal. We are also exploring the possibility of a year round take out restaurant.

Hello everyone! Well, after much thought we have decided to close the home business due to a lack of interest/business.

Working on a plan to hopefully open a food truck or restaurant up in the spring!

Due to it's vast popularity this weekend, we have decided to offer it again next weekend!
Large, cleaned shrimp with ochra and a medley of other vegetables. Flavourful, not hot. If you want some 🔥 we can add it!

Jerk Chicken $15.00
Tasty, spicy, hot grilled chicken with homemade signature jerk sauce to add!

Jerk Pork Kabobs $15.00
Spicy, hot, lean pork cubes with peppers and onion on a skewer grilled with homemade signature jerk sauce to add!

Jamaican Style Buffalo Stew $20.00
Buffalo meat (roast and tail/oxtail) sourced direct from Stirling's very own Buffalo farm!
Brown stew meat with vegetables, and Jamaican dumplings in a rich flavourful gravy!

Sides: choice of rice and peas or white rice, plus coleslaw, corn on the cob while still in season and festival!

A note about the shrimp dish this week... it is NOT like the pepper shrimp we prepared a couple weeks ago!

This week's shrimp are large, deveined, and shelled with heads removed! It is combined with ochra and other vegetables, served on a bed of rice 😁

Good morning!

A bit about pepper shrimp... It is a very popular Jamaican "street food". It is prepared with raw shrimp, head and easy remove shell attached, deveined. Between the herbs, spices and hot and spicy pepper sauce, it is a special treat for people who like seafood and some 🔥!

Now taking orders for pepper shrimp, jerk chicken and curry chicken dinners! Details below 😁

Saturday and Sunday pick up between 1-5 pm!

Robert & I have been going over some future menu ideas and options so that we can offer 2 or 3 different dishes for sale each weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday). Here they are! We would love some feedback 😀

*Grilled jerk dishes with various sides using chicken, pork (including back ribs), beef or buffalo.

*Curry chicken, goat or shrimp served with white rice and another side.

*Jamaican stews with dumplings. Chicken, beef, oxtail, buffalo.

*chicken wings with 2 sides.

*Ackee and saltfish.

*Rasta pasta with chicken or shrimp.

*A couple vegetarian options.

We are also considering offering beef patties (not homemade) and a jamaican soup each weekend!
