Took a lot of "bad batches" to get here.
crafted from a cookie I grew up loving in New Zealand It's the perfect dough-to-chocolate ratio.
Soft, rich, and finished with that subtle caramel hit from brown sugar.
This is the foundation to most of my stuffed cookies.
