I’ve seen a lot of posts recently of people asking about who bakes and sells cheesecakes in the area, so I think it’s time I reintroduce myself✨

I’m Val and I’m the owner of Bubblegum Confections, located in Smiths Falls. I specialize in treats like specialty cheesecake, cheesecake brownies, a variety of peanut butter cups and cream filled chocolates, loaded brownies, cookie bars and festive desserts like Christmas Fruitcake.

A 3 day minimum is required for smaller orders, and up to 3 weeks for larger orders or catered events. I offer pick up or free delivery within Smiths Falls to Perth area. Send me a DM to place an order or inquire about pricing and product flavours

This 6x2inch Chocolate Cherry Cheesecake was a request for someone’s holiday celebration.

It contains a dark cherry sauce made from real cherries, homemade dark chocolate ganache and white chocolate curls to add a little festive flare💁‍♀️

If you wish to place an order, a minimum 3 days notice is required for smaller orders and minimum 4 weeks for larger orders and catering for events
