🎉❤️🔥 THAIDELISH HAS REACHED 1,000,000 GOOGLE MAPS VIEWS! 🔥❤️🎉

One million views. One dream. One little Thai restaurant with a big heart.

When I started Thaidelish, my mission was never just about selling food. It was about sharing authentic Thai flavours, making people happy, bringing our community together, and serving every meal with love.

Every customer who searched for us, viewed our location, visited our restaurant, ordered a meal, or shared our name helped us move forward.

Behind every plate is a story of hard work, perseverance, healing, and the determination to keep going—even when life gets difficult.

🙏 Thank you to everyone who has supported Thaidelish and Chef Moon. Your support means more than words can express.

1,000,000 Google Maps views—and we are still cooking, still growing, and still serving Norfolk County with love!

❤️ From Thailand to Canada, with love.

BEFORE → AFTER

Yesterday, I tore my restaurant apart—not because I wanted to destroy it, but because I needed to rebuild it to suit my conditions.

Thaidelish is becoming an accessible restaurant, from the dining room to the kitchen. I’m changing the space so I can work more safely, move more easily, and keep doing what I love.

This restaurant has been through a lot, and so have I. But I’m still here, still cooking, still rebuilding, and still believing in Thaidelish.

I’m not giving up. As long as I’m here, I’m going to keep finding a way.

One table. One wall. One kitchen space. One day at a time.

Thaidelish isn’t just a restaurant. It’s my heart—and I’m rebuilding it so it can keep beating. ❤️

WHY DOES THAIDELISH USE THE SAME VEGETABLES IN MANY OF OUR DISHES? 🌱🔥

There is a reason behind it.

Thaidelish is built not only for today, but for the future.

Imagine one day our restaurant becomes extremely busy, with many people working in the kitchen. We need a system that is healthy, organized, consistent, and easy for everyone to remember.

If every dish required completely different vegetables, preparation would become much more complicated. Instead, we designed our vegetable system so our team can prepare the same fresh vegetables efficiently and use them across different dishes.

That means:
🌱 Easier preparation
🥕 Less confusion
🔥 Faster cooking
❤️ Consistent quality
♻️ Better organization and less waste

But don’t mistake the vegetables for the flavor.

Every dish has its own sauce, seasoning, cooking method, and personality. Our sauces are what give each dish its own identity—and those flavors are something nobody can take away from us.

My goal is to build Thaidelish so that one day, even when many people are working here, the food can still carry the same heart, quality, and consistency that I put into it today.

I’m not just cooking food.
I’m building a system for the future.

🏆 TWO BEAUTIFUL RECOGNITIONS FOR THAIDELISH! 🏆

I opened my email and found something that truly touched my heart. ❤️

Thaidelish has received Restaurant Guru 2026 recognition for Best Takeaway Food, and I received two beautiful recognition badges celebrating Thaidelish!

I honestly never started this journey expecting awards.

I started because I love food.
I love cooking.
And most importantly, I love seeing people happy when they enjoy something I made with my own hands.

There have been so many difficult moments behind the scenes. But every customer who ordered, every person who came back, every kind message, every recommendation, and every word of encouragement gave me another reason to keep going.

Today, I just want to say:

THANK YOU. ❤️

Thank you for believing in Thaidelish.
Thank you for supporting a small local restaurant.
Thank you for allowing Chef Moon to keep cooking for you.

These recognitions are not just badges to me.

They are reminders that the love we put into our food reaches people.

From my kitchen to your table,
thank you for being part of the Thaidelish journey. 🇹🇭🇨🇦❤️

The Story of the Touch of Family ❤️

One of the most meaningful things in my life is being able to help someone who is going through a difficult time.

During Christmas, I met a grandmother whose family was fighting cancer for their child. I knew she could afford to pay for food—she didn’t need free food. But that was never the point.

The way I see life is simple: I will never take advantage of someone who is already facing difficulties. I will always try to lift them up, no matter how hard it is. Somehow, I will find a way.

So I chose her family to be some of the luckiest people to experience my meals for free.

I told her:

“Just tell your grandchild it’s Moon from Thaidelish. She understands your pain. Her mom has faced cancer too. Tell her we believe she is going to beat the hell out of cancer.”

And that wasn’t the only time.

About three months ago, there were people struggling with addiction and homelessness across from our restaurant. I didn’t charge them for nine sets of food and water.

Some people may look at that and think, “You must have a lot of money.”

No.

It doesn’t mean I have money. It means I believe helping people is more important than holding onto every dollar.

If one day I spend so much of my own money helping others that I end up out of business, I honestly don’t think I will have anything to regret.

I’m over 40 now. If one day I die, I want to die happy—with a heart that knows I tried to make someone’s life a little easier.

And if you see me laughing a lot in the kitchen, let me laugh. 😂

I’m making your food.
Give me a chance to be happy while I cook.
Give me a chance to laugh.
Give me a chance to make every order with love and make it right.

Because for me, Thaidelish has never been only about selling food.

It’s about people.
It’s about dignity.
It’s about second chances.
It’s about lifting someone up when life is already heavy.

If I can make someone smile with a meal, then that meal is worth everything to me.

🎉❤️ IT REALLY HAPPENED — HAPPY 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY, THAIDELISH SIMCOE! ❤️🎉

One year ago, Public Health finally gave us the GREEN LIGHT to open Thaidelish in Simcoe! 🥹💚

I remember joking, “It’s 9-11 — it’s an EMERGENCY! We need to open Thaidelish!” 😂🚨

But honestly, my life at that time felt critical. The environment around me was critical. I was going through so much, and every day I was witnessing people struggling and life feeling painful in so many ways.

Then Thaidelish happened.

And during this past year, something much bigger than a restaurant has happened. I gained something money can never buy — your trust, your love, and your respect. ❤️

For one whole year, you welcomed me, supported me, encouraged me, and gave me the chance to keep cooking and keep building.

And yes… we made it through the year! 😂🔥

Not one single day could stop us from standing back up and continuing forward.

From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU, Norfolk,SIMCOE.
Thank you to every customer who ordered one meal, every person who shared our posts, every person who recommended us, and everyone who believed in Thaidelish.

This is not just my restaurant anymore.

This is our Thaidelish family. 🦁❤️🌸

🥩🔥 BEEF PAD THAI — THE STORY BEHIND IT! 🔥🥢

I personally can’t eat beef, but being a chef isn’t only about cooking what I eat — it’s about understanding what you guys love! ❤️

I always try to adapt myself to the people around me and bring my famous dishes to life for everyone. So even though I can’t taste the beef myself, I put my experience, my recipe, and all my love into creating this Beef Pad Thai.

Now the final decision belongs to YOU! 😄

I cooked it — you guys can judge it!

Come try Thaidelish Beef Pad Thai and tell Chef Moon what you think! 🥢🔥🇹🇭🇨🇦
