Sometimes people ask me, “How did you do it?”

I came to Canada from Thailand with no family here and started with an empty space. Step by step, I learned how to build a restaurant from the ground up, meeting Canadian standards and turning a dream into reality.

There were many challenges, mistakes, and long nights. Every obstacle became a lesson. Every small success came through perseverance.

If you ask who my biggest supporter has been, my answer is simple: God’s guidance and the blessings from above. He gave me the strength to keep going when I wanted to give up. I am also deeply grateful to every customer, friend, and community member who has supported Thaidelish along the way.

Thaidelish is more than a restaurant. It is proof that faith, hard work, and determination can turn an empty space into a place where people gather, share meals, and create memories.
