I personally can’t eat beef, but being a chef isn’t only about cooking what I eat — it’s about understanding what you guys love! ❤️

I always try to adapt myself to the people around me and bring my famous dishes to life for everyone. So even though I can’t taste the beef myself, I put my experience, my recipe, and all my love into creating this Beef Pad Thai.

❤️ THE BIGGEST REASON I’M STILL RUNNING MY BUSINESS HERE IS HAPPINESS. ❤️

Most people dream about making the biggest amount of money. But for me, money is only paper. It can never compare to the amount of love, happiness, kindness, and human connection we receive from one another.

What makes this community special is that people here believe in second chances. People support each other, forgive each other, and help each other get back up.

I will never forget the day I started Thaidelish and how much love and support all of you gave me. It has already been one year at Simcoe ❤️

During this year, I have experienced happiness, struggles, lessons, and some of the greatest losses of my life. I have lost people who were incredibly important to me, and those experiences have changed the way I look at life.

Sometimes we meet people unexpectedly—people from completely different places and walks of life—and somehow those encounters help us understand things differently.

Through everything, one thing remains clear to me:

I don’t want to measure my life by how much money I make. I want to measure it by how much love I give, how many people I help, how many second chances we create, and how much happiness we can share.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me and Thaidelish from the beginning. I remember your kindness. I remember your love. And I will keep trying harder every day to make everything I have worked for mean something.

We want to be transparent with our customers about how we operate at Thaidelish.

Delivery apps like Uber Eats and DoorDash charge restaurants around 29–30% in fees on every order. While these platforms help us reach more people, they also take a significant portion of the sale.

Because of that, if we are extremely busy, we may prioritize our dine-in and direct takeout customers first. These are the customers who support our restaurant most directly and help keep our small business running.

We sincerely apologize if delivery orders take a little longer during peak times. We truly appreciate everyone who orders from us—whether in person, by phone, or through a delivery app.

You Are What You Eat – My Personal Journey

Two years ago, I was told I had a lump in my breast. It was one of the scariest moments of my life, and I knew I wanted to do everything I could to support my health.

I began learning about nutrition, especially phytonutrients found in colorful fruits and vegetables. I also focused on eating foods rich in vitamin C including taking vitamin C high doses and building meals with at least three different colors of vegetables every day. Alongside healthy eating, I practiced meditation every night. My mindset was simple: live each day with gratitude, peace, and hope.

For two years, I stayed committed to this routine. At my most recent checkup, I was incredibly grateful to learn that there was no trace of the lump.

This is my personal story—not medical advice. Everyone’s health journey is different, and anyone facing cancer or another serious illness should work closely with their healthcare team. But for me, this experience reinforced one important lesson:

The food we choose, the way we care for our minds, and the hope we carry every day can make a meaningful difference in our lives.

At Thaidelish, this experience inspires me to create dishes filled with colorful vegetables, fresh ingredients, and balanced nutrition. Every plate I serve is made with the belief that delicious food can also help support a healthy lifestyle.
