Have been enjoying this washed & cherry co-ferment blend roasted by Colorfull , even though they stated it dark roast (not that dark in my opinion), it is still pretty fruity. The contrast makes this coffee fun to try.

It tastes like cherry Coca Cola in hot, with some dark chocolate tone when it cools down a bit. And the aftertaste reminds me of ketchup, imagine the taste of putting fries dipped with ketchup into your mouth, no kidding.

P.S. I also tried with syphon and it turned out pretty good.

I have always wanted my store to be a simple place for relaxing, simple people, simple coffee, and simple moments.

Now I am making a big step forward.

Recently I was brewing this CM (Carbonic Maceration) Natural Catimor roasted by 𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐅𝐅𝐈𝐂 𝐂𝐎𝐅𝐅𝐄𝐄 and it gave me another good impression of Vietnamese coffee after the refined robusta. You guys all know that I am not a big fan of Catimor, but since I haven't had CM processed coffee for a long while, I am good to give it a try and I am glad I did.

The berry liked fermented fruity acidity is obvious even in fragrance. In hot, this coffee tastes like cherry jam and the flavour turns to raspberry juice when it cools down. The aftertaste is like chocolate truffle. The aftertaste of Catimor will always contain bitterness, but good after processing and roasting can make it becomes chocolate liked or tea liked.

Have Fun have fun. has been one of our partners since day one. I actually had their coffee few years ago; I like their roasting style and they happened to locate in Dartmouth, NS, and my first home in Canada was in Halifax, NS. So it is nice to have good coffee while supporting roaster from East Coast.

Recently I have their Honduras Natural Geisha. This coffee just smells like strawberry in whole bean, and it tastes like chocolate dipped strawberries when hot. The body of this coffee is silky and heavy and it tastes like cherry cream cake when it cools a bit.

I know people already have some preconceptions when mentioning "Geisha", but this one I would say is nothing close to that. So better forget about the variety and see it as a Natural Honduras coffee then you will have some fun.
