Hey folks! I'll be only open this Saturday Sep 12 from 12pm to 4:30pm in order to better prepare for the upcoming Fall Fair at Ganong Nature Park. I'll also have a flavourful chicken and potato Malaysian style curry and beef dumplings for this Saturday.

Sorry for my late notice, but I'm down with a cold and won't be running the trailer this weekend. I delayed putting up a notice until I was sure. I should be there next weekend. On Sep 19-20, I'll be at the Fall Fair at the Ganong Nature Park.

Just a quick note to let people know I'll only be open on Saturday 12 to 5 this Aug 22 weekend and not on Sunday. Sorry! Beef rendang will be available this Saturday. It's a very complex dish where beef has been cooked in caramelized coconut milk and spices.

Thanks for dropping by the trailer today at the Homecoming Festival! Nice to see some old and new faces ❤️. Short note to let people know I'm not open Sunday tomorrow because something's not working right again. Gotta look into it asap in case it takes longer to fix...or duct tape, haha!

Next weekend's menu will have banana spring rolls with Nutella sauce. It seems to have worked today so let's try it out at the trailer 😀. Might do larger ones instead of minis.

Weekend hours: Sat Jul 25 from 11:30 to 3:30 pm and Sun from 3pm to 7pm-ish (to see if I can avoid some of the heat😅). Beef rendang is available this weekend and with a small appliance change, spring rolls are back permanently. Might see some "firecracker" shrimp rolls too!

Sorry for the short notice, but I'm unable to open Sunday July 19 because I'm exhausted from the teardown at Saint John's Moonlight Bazaar event. Torrential downpour made it more difficult.
I have a small equipment changeout next weekend for better quality and consistent snacks at the trailer. Thanks for understanding. ❤️
Edit: Last night was a gong show. You can ask me about it in person July 25-26 and it'll be a textbook case of Murphy's Law. 🙃

Saturday and Sunday's menu July 10-11, from 11:30am to 3:30ish pm. Be aware that both menus are slightly different! Saturday has a Chicken Kapitan and this Sunday has a dim sum sampler with a return of BBQ pork buns. Please direct message me day before if you are vegan.
