When you choose JLM, you are choosing a bakery that isn't perfect. You are choosing a bakery that makes mistakes, critiques their own work till we go insane, and sometimes cries when our work doesn't match our visions.

Uses high quality ingredients, passes health inspections every year, challenges themselves and learns new techniques, works with 6 local uptown businesses and has classical training from some of the best culinary schools. A bakery that doesn't color in the lines, makes their own cheeky rules, and doesn't apologize for doing things different because it is what's best for us. A bakery that mentors other small food businesses, allows small food businesses to use their licensed kitchen, and thrives off of working with other small businesses in the community.
